I have things like, your holding something, you are with others, bad day. What are yours?

Crossed arms is a biggie - they don't agree or like what you are saying.

Also watch for how the shoulders are set - pulled up & tense?
Or down & relaxed?

read any management book you will get a seperate cahpter on nonverbal.or search a n HR based book
