I just went out and ate two taco's
a wendy's frosty and
a big slice of full incing( not whip cream) chocolate and peanut cake.

I was feeling really down and like a fat @$$, but then I picked myself up and went to the gym for a record 1:45 hours!!! Im really psyched, simply because I dont feel full anymore and I am energetic! I think im gonna have to reevaluate my weight loss situation from half on hour to two hours. I really wanna lose this lard...and Im on my way to a better, pretty, thinner ME!!!!!!

LOL!!

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

i know exactly how you feel! i never used to workout and whenever i ate a lot, i'd feel SO guilty. but about a month and a half ago i started going to the gym, lifting weights and jogging every other day. now i don't care if i overeat every now and then because i know i am doing something about my body instead of sitting around complaining about how fat i think i am. now the difference i see in my muscles and body is enough motivation to keep me going to the gym every day. KEEP IT UP!!!

first of all congrats of the weight loss, second of all that is not a question, plus try not to eat sugar before working out , kinda ruins the point you could use the time u use to burn sugar , to tone up some Muscle.
way the go

well, if you're still young and like to maintain your figure... because your metabolisms are so much avtive and strong... unlike if you're getting old, you have a hard time to maintain it because your metabolisms are lowered in movements and you get tired if you do some exercise!
