Try taking a multi-vitamin or just plain Vitamin E. It will make a huge difference in your hair. Give it about a month. Until then, don't chemically treat your hair if that is what you've been doing, and give it a break from blow drying. Try some hot oil treatments or deep conditioners from the store. Good luck.

#1 don't use store products: White Rain, Sauve etc. professional products are much better than store products.

#2 don't damage hair w/ chemicals such as color or perms.

#3 try to let hair air dry instead of using a hot hair dryer that will damage your ends.

#4 use a shine mist product to add shine.

#5 Don't straighten your hair or curl it with a curling iron everyday.

#6 don't pull hair back in a ponytail, it will break the hair and you will end up w/ broken hair that will be frizzy and have tons of fly-aways.

on a day that you won't be going out, wash your hair like regular, and put in conditioner, leave the conditioner on all day, it will look really greasy that day, but for the next few days it will look really shiney and be really soft.
