She's always wit her girlfriends and does not talk to others much. She's really sweet, though. I need to know how to approach her without freaking her out.

I was always shy, but I always liked it when guys talked to me. Just cause I'm shy didn't mean I wasn't interested. :)

Go up to her and start talking. You're not going to freak her out. If anything, she'll appreciate it. I was always worried guys weren't interested in me because I was shy. This will help her to see she's special even if she is shy. :)

Make it simple, "How was your weekend?" or something.

well, ide suggest smiling at her everytime she looks ur way..Nothing flatters a girl thn having a guy smile at her..But don't do a creepy, scary smile but a cute n playful smile tht hopefully mks her smile back at u. The objective is to get her to notice u.

After ths several smiling tactics..u could try n chat with her a little bit if she's alone. I mean just small everyday talk like 'My, theres a lot of homework to do' or smthng..n better yet point out some interesting things tht happened in class like 'Check out what Mr. Wetherbee was wearing in class just now..i thought the orange shirt was going to blind me' followed by a giggle or polite laugh. I guess if u could mk the girl laugh, it will definitely spark some interest in u

From there..try chatting with her friends too..nothing like getting to her clique/ best friends to get along with her..hehe

Good luck!..n if all fails..send her an annonymus 'I admire u' card n see how it goes frm there.. A girl cant resist an admirer esp if he writes well enough to mk her curious about who sent it..

Talk to her. Believe me, you probably won't freak her out, lol. Um.. yeah, that "probably" sounded better when I thought of it! =) Anyway, when your in class, try sitting next to her and just chat to her. I always do that and end up making tons of friends that way.

And when your in the halls, say hi to her and stop that way she'll know you want to talk and will stop too.

If she's shy, she'll appreciate you trying to make the effort to get to know her. I know I did when I was a tad shy in my junior years. (Senior High Student here!) =) So yeah.

Have a good day! er...evening, whichever. =)

Do you know any of her friends??? You could go up and talk to one of them. If she saw that you where being nice to her friends then maybe she wouldn't be so shy around you. Talk about something that you know she likes. Like horses, swimming, ya know just stuff that you both like. she might be shy because she likes you. Or she might be shy because she thinks your a freak. Ask one of her friends if you don't think thats weird.

just start off with a smile, it's a simple gesture of saying hi, give it some time and then if you get the chance like she's alone, ask something about your class subjects just to get started, don't show too much of personal interest, play humble and friendly

skip class, then catch her in the halls and ask her if you missed anything. give some clever excuse to why you missed class. if she's a dog lover, tell her you skipped class cause you had to take your dog to the vet. she'll probably respond "what happened to your dog?" probably not the greatest idea for you to skip class just to do this, but hey, its a thought to give you ideas that'll work for you.
