Homecoming is coming up, and I'm thinking about asking this girl I really like. My friend says I should ask her soon, before someone else does, but when it comes to that sort of thing, I always wimp out and I really don't want to hand her a note or send an e-mail, that would be really lame. What's a good way that I can ask her without freaking out at the same time?

Bro...in life you got to go through there things...dont tell me you r just going to sit there and wait 4 her...cuz it aint gona happen..
u gota b the man and ask her...go up to her and look at her in the eyes...i would really love to go with you to the homecoming.....are you free?
trust me...you would feel much better asking her in person..even if she replys a negative answer...say to yourself...at least i had the balls to ask her in person..

Casual and cool : ) I like when guys call me or talk to me a lot before hand just stupid stuff like "hi" "how are you" "what have you been up to" "help me with my homework."
However since you don't have a lot of time, call her on the phone/aim (though the phone is Always better, you can't be that scared) and ask her to go with you. That may take some of the edge off for you since you are timid around the lady folk... Also if you would like to do it person just start up a conversation when her giggly dumbass friends aren't around and then ask her if she has a date and if she doesn't ask if she would like to go. If she seems unsure it's not necessarily because she doesn't like you, it's because boys make the lady fold nervous too : p

Buy some flowers, find a time you can talk alone, and then you ask her. Or go to her as soon as you can, tell her she has to take the right guy and the right guy is you. Someone she knows and can trust. Or tell her how you feel, if your friends then she may say yes. She may also like you and want you to ask her but she wouldn't tell you that. Maybe she's afraid to see if you would go with her.

hi im a highschool student and my names katie....i know you dont want to ask the girl personally but thats the best way to do it...think of the worst thing that could happen...and the best..b able to take a risk ...you should ask first.."hey,are you going to homecoming?"( if you dont kno her u should tlk first)if she says no just ask if she wants to go w/ u...if she says she doesnt like u that way,than just say if you could go as friends...it really does help if you get to know her first....but if u already do thats good...

Pop the question while your hanging out with her on the weekend, or if you dont really hang out with her then have a conversation and throw in the questions smoothly at the end of it. Ask if she's going with someone already, and if she isnt then pop the question.

Buy some flowers, and have the flower shop deliver them to her house. In the card, write will you go to homecoming with me! I'm sure she'll like it, plus it's unique.
