Find a healthy cooking book or magazine or a Italian cookbook. I have found several recipes in those types. I use olive oil for everything now even to fry chicken and fried potatoes! It isn't as bad for you and it doesn't make the food taste oily and makes the flavor better! Good Luck!!

If it is good olive oil, pour it on a plate and sprinkle it with some salt and pepper and parmesan cheese. Then heat up some fresh Italian or French bread. Cut it into slices and dip it into the olive oil mixture. Eat and enjoy.

You can replace regular oil and butter with olive oil in just about any recipe. You can't use olive oil for baking unless it's specifically called for in the recipe. I use olive oil for everything.

most healthy recipes use olive oil. you could start by making a salad with some good lettuce, tomato, mushroom, cucumber, etc etc...and use your olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

oh, use extra virgin olive oil for most everything...it's tastes better and is less processed i believe.
