some people has to much time and to many sub account up
to 10or 20 SUB ACCOUNT .they ask with and answer with the other

if you mean own question, then it is my understanding that they cant.
if not then i cant completely understand what you are trying to say, sorry.
if you are talking about someone asking a question, then placing the answer in the questions, i feel it is because they are letting everyone know what they think and maybe have the facts form a resource of there own and letting everyone know about it.
