It depends up on the situation. What ever the situation might be, the answer should be relevant to that and also depends up on the other person to whom you are giving the introduction.
You should start with your personal details, then you should tell about the education generally in most of the situations.
If it is the interview in which you need to give your introduction then it will be good to tell about specialized skills which match the requirement. You should continue until the other person asks some other question or all the relevant information is over. If the other person is not stopping you, one should not continue the introduction with the irrelevant information. It will leave wrong impact.

Simple...tell your name, what you do, where you are from, about your family, your plus points like you organising an event or you being first in class consistently for past so and so years, your hobbies, what are your current interests like, if you have a gf you can very well mention that...etc etc...this would very well suffice...please be brief dont tell an essay!!
