Hi Bryan,
I think you refer to "Paris sur mode" that will take place from Oct 6-Oct 9. It will be at the "Jardin des Tuileries" between the Louvre Museum and the Champs Elysees. Access is for profesionnals only, so you'll have to be in business with them.
Why don't you try to see the list of the companies that will show their products and ask them for a pass?

The shows take place where ever the designer wants them to take place. If you want to get tickets and you don't know any of the "it" people, sell your soul to the devil.
