How long have you been going out? If its been a long time, i guess try and wait a little while and see if she needs help "fixing" herself. Otherwise, let her loose, it might be her way of politely breaking up with you and doesnt want u to think its your fault. You can find someone better who doesnt blame mental issues as a reason to break up. If she really did have mental issues, she would want you around for emotional support

It means she's trying to break up with you as nicely as possible by putting all the blame on herself and she wants you to hang around at her beckon call.

You don't seem very close to her.
You have no choice but to just be friends with her. Looks like she doesn't want to be committed yet. Give her time if you are really interested in her. Her true colours will show over time.

not sure but i was told "we should take a break and in the future if its meant to be will get to gethre again" i think their giving false hope so u would be around when they wnat
