How long would a Driver's License come in?

I was wondering how long does a drivers license usual come in.some people at the place told me 2 weeks but has been almost a month

okay,we were gonna call the place if it had not came in by friday

A month is too long.

The driver's license bureau tells you 2 weeks because it comes in earlier than that and you do not bug them every few days.
Contact the driver's license bureau first to make sure there is no good reason the license is late, like their computers have been down for a month with a virus or worm. They should be able to track down the problem.

If you think someone stole your mail, call the US Postal Inspectors.

If you think someone committed a crime with your license, waiting a month may be too long, so call the police right away.

I guess this varies by state. In my experience in Vermont and Florida, you get your picture taken and about 10 - 30 minutes later you walk out with your license. I'd call anyway to see if has actually been mailed yet or if you need to schedule another appointment in case it had been lost in processing. Hope it shows up soon, that's a major inconvenience!!

In Alaska you get them within an hour (sometimes 10 minutes if the line isn't long). In other states, like Alabama, it takes as long as 6 weeks.
