Are you looking for it?
Go to ALL the shelters in your area, everyday. There are quarantine areas and hospital areas where only employees can go, so have someone look there for you. Bring a couple of copies of photographs, (for the attendants to look for your cat), they also have books and bulletin boards for you to post your lost kitty's pic.
Offer a reward. My friend lost her dog and had flyers up for a week, she changed them to offer a reward and got her dog back in an hour!! She asked the guy if he was gonna keep her dog if there was no reward and he just shrugged her off and left.
Good Luck

i hope so...but it would be helpful if you posted details. Did your cat run away? Are you looking for a cat to adopt? Are you using the term in the obscene context that we use it at work? It would help to know.

Yep, he ran in the neighbor's garage and will run out in the moring when they leave for work. Put some food out if you're not going to be home.
