To me Jesus is God, He is King of Kings and He is Lord of Lords, He is peace, love, joy, faithfulness, trustworthiness, unchanging, unbending, everlasting, truthful, light, just, righteous...I could go on...I wish I could describe Him to ya!!!
Most of all He is merciful because He was willing to take a lowly, good for nothing, self-pleasing, self-loathing, self-righteous, vile, prideful, lustful, all-knowing, egotistical, greedy, scientifically man-centered, godless, good for nothing, no good waste of a human form sinner of the highest, of the worst magnitude... me... and completely change me inside and out, upside down and sideways. He forgave me, He saved me. He waited, He pleaded, He sent me the Word, He sent me His messengers, He sent me His angels, He sent me a miracle, I rejected Him and yet He didn't stop waiting for me. I finally rejected the world got down on my hands and knees and prayed and repented and prayed some more. He came into my heart and my eyes were opened by Him who is the Light of men. I love Jesus Christ with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength.

The name Jesus is an anglicized form of the Latin Iesus, which itself is derived from the Greek name Iesous. Iesous was the Greek transliteration of the Aramaic name Yeshua, which itself was the later Aramaic form of the Hebrew name Yehoshua.
It is name.

bismillaah (in the name of Allaah)
He means a lot to me considering the following facts:
- Jesus Christ (al-maseeh 'isa bin mariam) is the son of Mary peace be upon them
- He is the Messiah (translated Christ)
- He is the word of God when God said "Be!" and he was in the womb of Mary peace be upon her
- He is not god nor god-incarnated
- He is a spirit from God that was blown in by angel Gabriel
- He is one of the Five Mightiest Messengers of God (in addition to Noah, Abraham, Moses and Muhammad peace be upon them)
- He was born miraculously without any human intervention from Mary peace be upon her
- He was sent to the Children of Israel
- His first miracle was defending the charges against his mother who was attacked by her people when she brought him and this was when he was in the cradle; he spoke up though he was just an infant. He had many other miracles
- God reveled the Gospel (injeel) to him
- He was not killed neither crucified but rather God has ascended him up to Him
- He will descend at the end days to kill the false messiah and will live for some years full of peace
All the above-mentioned is taught to me in Islam.

I belive Jesus was a remarkable MAN with many talents, and was in touch with his surrondings, and his inner soul. He was a good leader, who understood his people. Weather or not his talents came from "god" or not i do not know. but he was a blessed man.
