I've been "talking" with a guy for almost a year now and he still hasn't asked me out or anything, we really like each other, I don't know what to do, should I keep on goin with him or dump him for this real hottie that likes me...but I'm not sure if I want to through away something that I worked for, for almost a year for something that I'm not sure is gonna happen....

Has it ever occurred that the bloke may be too shy or too scared to take the friendship to the next level? Has a serious chat with him face to face. Tell him what you think and throw your heart out there. You may get lucky but if not and he's a real friend, then he would be flattered and still be a good friend. If he gives you grieve, then hes a dork and you can just flush him down the perverbial toilet like he would deserve.

Let go of the antiquated notion that the guy has to ask the girl out, just ask the first guy out and see what he says. If he turns you down then cut bait and go after the second guy, but at least you asked the first guy before giving up on him.

go for the hottie.life is to short to wait for something.I'm guessing he just wants to be friends.you can still be friends w/him.Think of it this way you spent a year figuring what u you want out of a guy.If he wanted to be with you he would be.have fun and don't be anybody's lost puppy.good luck
