Other than our friendly ghost, what would cause this to happen? We've gone away for the weekend and have come home and all of them will be turned on. We have timers set on other lights, but other than that, nothing else is being turned on and off.

Spikes or dips in the power supply might do this, we had a touch lamp which would turn on when we turned something on that takes a lot of power, like the kettle. In your case it could be your fridge or freezer as they periodically turn on their compressors which could cause a dip in the supply. Could also been caused by a malfucntion in the power grid. It is not unusual for touch lamps to do this as the are made to be sensitive to electrical current changes so that you can turn them on by creating a circit with your body.

There could be a short somewhere in the house, or in the lamps. If your house is connected to another house, it could be someone blowing a fuse. Or if you DO have a ghost, then maybe its your friend!
Good Luck!

hmmmm, I'd research that online. "touch-lamp malfunctions" or something like that. Do you still have and paperwork that came with the lamps? Maybe heat or something is causing it? OR, maybe someone was in your house and needed lights on?? :) That's freaky.
