"At last" - forget the singer.
I also love this song by Mark Anthony - "You needed me" and "My Destiny" by Lionel Richie....maybe not the first song..but definitely I want them to played at my wedding.

I Cross My Heart - George Strait
And what do you mean the father of the bride cuts in? Not at any wedding I've been to.

Two Windows
Like two windows across from each other
We were aware of every quibbles of another
Everyday greetings, questions and laughter
Everyday an appointment for the next day.
It was not the act of the sun,
Or the magic of the moon
Curse the voyage which has done this:
Now I am heart-broken and silent
'Cause one of the windows is closed.

I've never seen a father "cut in" on a couple's first dance... usually there is a specific "Father Daughter" dance.
But for me, I would like "You Raise Me Up." My boyfriend and I consider it "our song," and it would be just as appropriate to dance with my father to it. Both men have done so much for me throughout my life.
