q-tip

Are you trying to whiten your teeth? Hydrogen peroxide by itself is not good, it can weaken the roots of your teeth as well as irritate your gums. That's why they sell those kits. The kits have a small amount of peroxide in them. Less than 20%. Please do not try it yourself with a q-tip and hydrogen peroxide, you'll damage your teeth and can cause irreparable damage that could hurt the enamel, the gum, as well as the root of the tooth.

A 10 volume or 3% is perfectly safe in the mouth. Apply with a QTip. I would use Crest white strips though, they are great.

whatever you do don't use straight hydrogen peroxide...you should purchase the specifically designed strips that contain peroxide in solution.
