of course your mom is going to think it's skanky, she's your mom.
of course guys are going to think it's great, they're guys.
other girls may think it's skanky because there's the possibility of someone seeing your bits and they wouldn't want to take that risk
and yet other girls may think that it's ok because, while there's the possibility of someone seeing your bits, it's small and the risk is somewhat exciting.
so basically, you're 19, it's your body, do what you want. on a closely related subject, I think it's less skanky to not wear panties with low rider/hip hugger jeans than it is to wear a thong that everyone can see plainly displayed(whale tail). there is a time and a place to not wear panties, you just have to use good judgment.

I really don't understand your question? You really don't wear panties when you wear a skirt? You say you are not bothering anyone, so I think that means that you are not showing off your bareness. Well, different strokes for different folks. As for me, I like wearing the drawers. I'd be afraid of a high wind blowing my skirt up.

Well, naturally the guys are going to say go for it. But, personally, I think it's skanky. I don't want to sit behind a female who doesn't have any underwear on. Who knows where your coochie has been! LOL
Seriously though, I think a true lady would wear undies. It just seems so unclassy to walk around with nothing on. Especially if you're walking up stairs...EVERYONE is going to be able to see EVERYTHING --- and I don't think you're going to enjoy that.

don't worry about your mom, she's just worried about you. No one knows if you're wearing panties or not so they're opinions are only about what else you're wearing. Not wearing a bra is different, it's easier for someone to see if you're not wearing a bra because you're nipple pop through your shirt and your breasts swing back and forth when you walk. Thats skanky but otherwise if not wearing panties is more comfortable for you go for it. I think I'l try not wearing boxers tommorrow

Comfort? Not a skank.
Acessibility? Uh, that's a little sketchy.

Jeez, I hope not! I've done it just to make a certain someone happy. Of course I was happy to do it for him as well, it was one of those "only he and I knew it" kind of things and there was no "easy access", only the knowledge between the two of us, a shared naughty little secret. It's only skanky if you're a skank. Just make sure your skirt isn't too short.

Okkkkk.......if nobody was being bothered by it, your mother would have no way of knowing about it. She's clearly bothered by it and if you are a minor, what mom says goes. Most of us would not agree with you.
If you are old enough it's ok with me,but sooner or later you are going to get embrassed if your skirt slips up. I think women should have the right to dress as they please and if boys can walk around with their crack showing (which is filthy ) I guess it's ok for girls too. We just feel more protective of girls. it's a natural parental thing which goes back to first humans. But if we are ever going to be equal girls will have to have the same rights as boys.
I think parents will always feel more protective of girls until they are as large and strong as boys(which seems to be on the way with all of these 6 ft women showing up.).

I think that people should be able to do what they feel! It's your choice to wear what you what! However; other people might get the wrong idea about you wearing no panties! Sad, huh?
