If we revise the exsisting law that allows the athorities to sieze, and confiscate the cars and property of drug dealers, and users,and applied it to illeagal immagrants, would you agree with it.

Hell of an idea - but expand it again to include the corporations that hire the illegals and profit from them. You shouldn't get to keep a dime made illegally.

Yes send the illegal`s back to there own country. The same way they was when they came to this country. With just the clothe`s that they are wearing. Because if they are here illegally than they should not profit from it when they are sent back.

I am all for making sure they are ousted, and have to leave anything that they bought or made here in this country while illegally here.

You could apply this law to many people, drug dealers and illegal immigrants are a good start, RICO laws only apply toward "organized crime" but should apply to many more, dont forget corrupt politicans!

no.if they confiscate the property, they should pat for it and send them back with money. the only thing there guilty of is being illegal. unless there involved in drug's then that's a different story.
