Yes. The recipe for relieving stress through seafood is as follows:

1. Find a peaceful pond away from people..
2. Gather together fish pole, bait, folding chair and sombrero.
3. Quietly go to that place, set up your chair, bait the hook.
4. Toss your line in the water and sit back and do nothing.

If you are lucky enough to select a pond that has no fish, then you will not be disturbed and after an hour or two, your stress will be a thing of the past.

On the way home buy some fish at the market or buy an order of fish and chips at some restaurant.

Eat the seafood and relax. Your stress will disappear

Yes. When I feel really stressed out, I go to the local fish market and buy the largest catfish I can find. I then find the people that caused my stress and beat the crap out of them with it.

Sure. Just make a pile of it in the driveway and beat it with a bat. Same thing goes for computers

fish is healthy for you; but prawns, lobsters and crabs, i believe is bad for your blood pressure, esp if you eat too much of it. have you tried a japanes miso soup with dried seaweed; i love munching on dried paper-like seaweed while watching tv; then a seaweed wrap definitely relieves away stress!
