To adriftfeline: I asked "destory" as is into nothingness, not disassemble into parts of ash and spirit.

To carychrysler: Are you saying what I think you are logically saying -- that "God" is nothing or a paradox?

Resons:

1) "God" is outside of the universe and the universe by definition is everything; and

2) "God" is not the things that he created -- but "God" created everythig and that leaves nothing.

To carychrysler: If "God" is everything and he could not self-destruct, then he could not destory everything, ie. there is something he could not do. If he could not change free will of man and man is part of him, then "God" has no self control? Your answer seems to create more puzzles than my question.

The Riddle of Epicurus

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God?

by utilising the definition of an all-effective being including God it may desire to. it may additionally make 8 of itself. I say "it" because of the fact who're we to establish if God is a male, woman, or the rest? And yeah i be responsive to that Adam project...its a tale to grant a competent ethical.

There is no "nothingness". There is only God, and everything God creates; it is so that soul is part of "Him". That is why "He" cannot destroy soul, for to do so would be to destroy Himself. There is no destruction, for God is All That Is.
We were created in the only way possible...as one with our
Creator; not in physical terms, for physicality is a projection of images in our Mind. God created the truth of us, eternal, whole, perfect, complete.

ok, first...what are the components of a soul? Breath of life from God and dust. When someone is 'destroyed' as you say, the breath of life returns to God and the dust to the ground...which means...NO MORE SOUL.

What are the components of a box? Wood and nails. When a box is 'destroyed', the wood and nails are separated....NO MORE BOX.

If it's a matter of Hebrew syntax, look up the word 'rousch'...it translates to 'breath of life.' Oh, good grief, this means I gotta give out this link again.^^

Allah "God" is capable of creating anything he/her created. A soul is part of creation. Allah "god" sends Angels to breath breath into embryos which is part of the soul.

Your question does not make since. Your body, you yourself are the soul. Your flesh. You. God is perfect. He can do what ever he wants to do. Think about it............He is perfect.
