Yes, of course they can. Some of the dogs are trained, also, to detect some of the precursor chemicals in meth such as iodine and phosphorous.

However, if it's a lab you are curious about, let me tell you, most humans can detect those smells.

Only someone already brain damaged by using meth would ask such a ridiculous question. You could apply to be a poster child for a Drug Free America!

You should only use meth at parties and NEVER around drug-sniffing dogs.

Every living creature can smell meth. Smells like a rancid cat box. How anyone can smoke it is beyond me. Raiding meth houses is about my least favorite work activity. That stuff is toxic as hell.

Yes and whatever other drug it is trained to detect. There are also dogs trained to detect fruits and veggies, bombs, and bodies.
