My ex called out of the blue last week, then spent the night with me and then disappeared the same way he did after a years relationship, can't keep him out of my mind, apparently neither can he, what should I do.

honey i just went thru the exact same thing. my ex and i broke up and then a month later he called. he came back for a while the only diferrence is i didnt have sex with him just to see if he was serious this time. well he did the same sh.t we broke up about. so now he is gone again. ive learned alot about my self and what i want out of life. im happy to be alone cuz that wasnt love. dont take your self thru that stuff again. hes an ex for a reason so let it be. there are other men somewhere in this world. so stay strong and know that you have a lot to offer someone who will appreciate you.

If the sex was good, have a pleasant memory. But, good or bad, move on! He's not reliable.
