Get a spray (like Zodiac) which contains not only chemicals to kill the adult fleas, but insect growth regulator (methoprene) which will also kill the eggs and larvae. Wash everything.

Their is a secret special teatment if you can find it it's called Lemon Drop it a powder that you put on the floor leave then vaccume it up works like magic. The only problem is that it is soo had to find stores don't like carring it because you don't get return customers because to works so well. For years my grandmother suffered with fleas I mean we had the orcan man out there every other week (my hand to god) she found this stuff and puff they were gone, I saw it first hand I my our house years latter and boy oh boy did we have an investation not to mention a big house. We used it twice because of the size of your house and we wanted to make sure we got any littly guys they may have hatched after the 1st teatment. after that we never saw a flea again.

I got a kitten once that was infested with fleas, they took a liking to me and proceeded to try to eat me alive. I thought we would have to move. Instead my husband went to home depot and got a six pack of black flagg fogger and we spent the next two nights in a hotel. It killed them but in two weeks the eggs hatched and we had to do it again. Then once more just to make sure cuz I had just had a baby and I was freaked out that they would get to her. So in the long run it took 6 weeks and 18 foggers but it worked.

I work at a pet store, go buy a fogger that kills fleas, also if you have pets, you will need to have them treated too, try to do both at the same time, but not in the house where the fooger will be.
