Yes, Delta is a good airline. I flew to Mexico on Delta. Comfortable flight, friendly people but the snacks suck so take some of your own food on the plane!!

in case you fly Continental to Newark and then onto San Jose, they might serve you a meal. Continental is the final US airline to proceed serving a warm meal in coach classification for flights over 5 hours. Southwest has the backside criticism fee out of the airlines reported. yet as between the previous human beings wrote, bypass with the airline that has the perfect schedule for departure and arrival.

i liked it better than united. i only flew once: to Pittsburg from Oakland. united on the way back played a crappy movie and moved me to a lousy seat and didn't offer any free refreshments or snacks for a 4 hr flight... obviously delta did, and the movie wasn't so bad, but most airline movies suck

Unless you are flying first class or get frequent-flyer perks, there's really not much difference among airlines, so pick the one with the price and schedule that works best for you.
