Celery and carrot sticks sliced with a ramiken of blue cheese..chunky not the watery stuff.
Maria's Blue Cheese dressing is pretty good.
and yes a cold beer .
I am from Buffalo, and that is the only way to serve and eat wings.
Ranch dressing is never served in Buffalo...I never even heard of people eating chicken wings with ranch before..yuch! ..
Blue cheese is the only way to go! p.s. if you ever go to Buffalo don't order ranch with your wings..they will laugh at you..

Ranch dressing and yes beer. Hot wings are the ultimate junk food and must be combined with other indulgences. For desert try one of those chocolate lava dishes with a brownie, ice cream, and chocolate sauce.

Ranch. Bleu cheese is just nonsense. Beers a good choice as long as it's not something cheap like coors or pabst.

Ranch dressing is my fave, bleu cheese is used too (I hate bleu cheese), fries, celery, a sweet cold drink to calm the tongue (NO WATER!).

Eat it with a burger or some steak =).
