Usually till 1;00am But in many places that stay open really late when ever as long as no-one is looking If ya gotta drink very late just go to a club or bar or short cruise and drink to your hearts content just PLEASE don't drive I'm out there and don't need to run into someone under the influence of alcohol and driving we have free taxi service for drinkers O.K.

12:00a.m., unless you are willing to sit in an expensive bar, listen to some sobb stories, and try to pick up the last picked through woman. Trust me; go buy the darn beer and go home before midnight. It will save a lot of time (and drivers liscences)

This is a county issue. Different countries have different restrictions. For example Okaloosa county you can purchase alcohol until 4 am where as Santa Rosa county is dry and can't buy any liquor.
