There is no Tony or Anthony Jackson assigned to the US Embassy in Abuja or the Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria.

Sounds like you're being scammed by Nigerians who claim such a name works for the US Embassy in Lagos or whereever.
Delete the e-mail immediately and do not send any personal information to whomever sent you the e-mail.
