What I mean is, could this just mean your attractive looking. But may not be pretty in the face? Or do most people use it to be the same as pretty?

I think attractive is too formal.
I would say pretty is better, and beautiful is best.

i think that bieng pretty means so much more than "very attractive" bieng pretty means that you look very buetiful and that you have a great personality bieng attractive means you are only attractive to the eye. I would take pretty as more of a compliment especially from a boy it means he really likes you . Someone saying you are very attractive is probably an old guy or woman or someone who you asked if you were pretty. pretty synonyms: fine,dimepiece,hott. very attractive means very attractive are you attreacted to geeks becouse they are the only people who i know that would use that word or are you a little older . if you were you would no the answer to this question which is stated above .

Be happy with "Very attractive". This is the ideal goal for attracting and keeping mates. The beautiful people that I know are all totally miserable. Extremes are equal on both sides....the extremely gorgeous people are just as miserable and lonely as the extremely ugly. Being very attractive means that you have great features and that you are also well-groomed and attractive to the opposite sex. You are wanted and approachable by the opposite sex. You have a very bright future! Who wants to be a museum piece????

This means the person thought you to be very pretty. I think "very attractive" and pretty are the same thing.

pretty is just a comment about your features...your hair, your eyes or your smile or whatever. but attractive is the attitude or spirit, the intellect, the personality, the interests and everything else that probably can't be directly seen but detected...
