Why do boys act all different when they r around their friends but when no ones around they want to act like everything is alright.

1. He doesnt love you that much
2. His friends think you are not a perfect match
3. The lady tends to act funny in the presence of his friends.

of course boys adjusting it's environment, like for example his companion is a group of girls of course how can we move like girls and talk like girls. Beside the girls is so sensitive, if we try to act bad or malicious, they will go. Even the girl is my friend or bestfriend there is a limitations in every way.

because boys are jerks sometimes and they have to act all big and bad around them. but just talk to them about it and everything should be A OKAY! lol

they act different aroud there friends just to show them their tough and not soft.also since some dudes be really feelin they girls they dont want to show they friends that
