Is it safe to take it? I heard people in the gym are saying it has side effects like, it can messed up your liver or kidney.. How true is this?

Which is better to gain muscle mass through Protein shake intake or Creatine?

avoid it like the plague. simple as that. pretty much all semi-steroid products have some nasty side effects - no matter what their advertising tells you. they are trying to sell you something in order to separate you from your money, and they play on your psychological weaknesses to do it. think of the creatine people as if they were the big tobacco companies if it helps.
stick to protein shakes and pumping iron - you'll be better off in the long run.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation is the best to keep muscles healthy instead.

i've been weightlifting for 20 years. i tried it. i didn't like it. upset my stomach for a day. was dehydrated the whole day and felt like i had almost a hangover the next day. just good ol protein for me. however i've heard from some people they won't use anything else. if you do use it don't use it everyday.
