Wrestling practice has me really sore everyday whats a good way to get rid of soreness before tomorrows practice.

Your muscles are sore from Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) which occurs when your body is pushed furthur than it's conditioning level. A hot bath or warm compresses can make them feel better for now. Keeping your heart rate elevated while you exercise prevents DOMS. When the muscles are warm, they are more flexible and able to develop quicker without any pain. Keep your heart rate elevated as you exercise. Stretch often too, so your muscles stay loose.

Take a long, hot soak in a tub of Epsom Salt (found at any drugstore or at Walmart) It has a way of deep penetrating the muscles. If you can't get to the store then just soak in a hot bath, as hot as you can stand. The warmth will help ease your muscle soreness.

Ibuprofen is good, I recommend this alot! Heating pads are great and so are hot tubs or a hot bath, the water soothes the muscles.

Spend a good 30 minutes stretching before bed. I know it sounds lame and like a waste of time, but I promise it works.

ice and more ice there is products now that you can get like icy hot patches and get some rest
