There is no need for going by the pros and cons. If you are educated and capable of having a good job, you must do job. Utilise your expertise to the fullest. In case it is hampering your married life say no to it if financial constraints are not there.

There are certain jobs where the women are the first choice but for many out job men are first and last word. On the side what women used to do at house are not so easy to do by a man. But unfortunately now a days women thinks that doing work at home as a purely house wife is a very inferior thing.

women is good at house keeping & men at jobsicking. But due to present situation women has to share jobsicking.So men should understand that they should share housekeeping so balancing can be mailtained for hormoney of life.

As women house keeping is good. It is very difficult for a man to satisfy the needs on house.

IF Women works she may support U financially and she dont want to depend her hubby always...
IN Case of home maker she can look after u and children very well..
At any cause dont dump her its her wish to go to job or not.And it is purely depends on situation...
