Oh, well then how about a russian gun like a ppsh? Did they destroy the handguns too? I need to have a cool gun from WWII so I can be the coolest guy in my video game clan for Call of Duty United Offensive. I was going to buy a mosin from a sporting goods store for 80 bucks but then I saw an MP40 for the first time on tv and now I gotta have it! That thing's friggin sweet!

Authentic MP-40's that are NFA registered are currently going for $15,000 to $20,000. Most registered WW2 NFA weapons are in this range and higher.
WW2 rifles and pistols that are not NFA can be had for much less, under $100 & up for some vintage Russian weapons, M-1 Garands for $400 & up. There is a lot of stuff to collect.
There are gun shows all over the country where you can find these weapons. The search is half the fun.

I loved "In Memoriam"'s answer to this question. I guess he just wants to make sure everyone knows how utterly ignorant he is on this subject.

you should burn it. the jets franchise is a joke. dont worry just messing with you. authentic of course. replicas tend to wear down much faster. i have a replica basketball jersey i got last summer and it already looks older than the actual player. authentic costs more but is a small sacrifice for a jersey that lasts longer

How's it feel to want?

Army-Navy surplus store? Beats me...the government destroyed most of that stuff long ago.
