If you're going to do Kool Aid, use an artificial sweetener. About a cup of sugar goes into each batch of Kool Aid. Next time you look at your can of Pepsi, imagine half the can filled with granulated sugar, that's what you're drinking. So switch to diet caffeine free Pepsi, or just drink water.

In terms of nutrition, both are probably just as bad.
Pepsi has caffeine and sugar, Kool-aid has sugar- but has no caffeine and vitamin C.
I am afraid there is not really one better than the other.
Try fruit juice or water- Crystal light is pretty good too.

prob about the same sugar content but at least you can control the amount of suger you put in kool-aid. my doctor cut me off on pepsi [only for a treat] but said i could have all the diet pepsi i wanted. I couldn't drink it so went to sparkling water. walmart has so many flavors you'd be impressed. at least you get the carbonation which is what i crave. runs about 50 cents a quart.

I haven't had kool aide since i was 10 years old. I'm in the same boat as you. I stop drinking coke about a month ago. I just drink tea, water, lemonade, cranberry juice and apple juice. Sometimes I will have coke when I go to my parent's house but I don't buy it anymore.

I would say yes. I don't think that kool-aid has all the additives that Pepsi does.

I think it's better but not the best, try WATER!! If you don't like it at first just hang in there after about 3 days you'll get used to it and after a while you will prefer it!!

Damn........ you must twitch all day long from the sugar and caffeine. Here's a clue, switch to drinking water... you will live longer, and have a better quality of life.

Water, or water with flavor added...like a bit of fruit juice. Or non-caffinated teas like Green are good as well. Green tea is loaded with EGCG and antioxidants. Good stuff.

Neither one of them is great, but it all depends on preference. Also, with Cool-Aid it dpends on how much sugar you use. More sugar more calories.
