Tkae him to the vet as soon as possible! Has he been vaccinated against Parvo virus?

IF you can afford to take him to the vet, do so.

If not- Stop his food and only give him a tiny bit of water for 18 hours. Then, if the symptoms cease, you can give him a little more water and a handful of food. Six more hours of without symptoms- then you can fill his dishes.

Check his diarrhea, is it black or bloody (disregard black stool if you have given him Pepto Bismol as it turns stool unusually dark)? If so, take him to the vet no matter what- they will work out a payment plan if you are upfront about finances (I'm not assuming that you can't afford it, I'm just trying to cover all bases.)

It may be something serious or he may have eaten something that his body's rejecting (common among pups). Keep kids and other pets away from him and wash/disinfect everything he comes in contact with until he's back to normal again.
FYI - You're probably already aware of Canine Chocolate Toxicosis, but in case you aren't; chocolate is poisonous to dogs.

Good luck.

PLEASE TAKE HIM OR HER TO THE VET ASAP!!! It sounds like the same thing that happened to my puppy. All of a sudden he just kept throwing up and having serious diarreah and not holding down food. I was very concerned and took him to the vet right away and they said it was girardia(sp?) which is a bacterial infection they can get from dirt or other things. Had I waited and took my dog in a few hours later, he would not have made it. This seriously dehydrates them and tears up their insides. The vet can give your puppy some shots and medicines and it fixed my dog up like new. Please take this seriously. It may not seem to bad, but for a small puppy this is very serious!! good luck

Check the inside of his ears, or the color of his gums. Are they pale in color? What is he throwing up? Food? Or is it yellow stuff? (stomach bile) If he's pale or if the vomit is yellow definately call the vet and make an appointment. Otherwise discontinue the heavy food. He should gets what you'd get if you were feeling that way. A dose of pepto bismal and The bland diet of chicken broth. If he holds that down then later try chicken broth w/ rice, maybe plain toasted bread... easy to digest stuff. I wouldn't feed him his dog food until his stomach settles down. Give his system a break. Wait until the following day. You'll need to keep an eye on him to see if he goes out and eats grass or something like that. They naturally do that to help make them sick to make their tummy feel better.

Could be:
Parvo if not vaccinated
Bowel obstruction- when something gets stuck in the intestines. Happens alot with puppies.
Poison
Worms
Bacterial infection.
Ate something that did not agree with his tummy.
Take him to the vet. Puppies get sick really fast and seem to "crash" faster than older dogs. Better to be safe than sorry.
Good Luck

Might have ate something bad. My dog does that when she hasn't eaten a specific thing then a while later eats it again.... Take it to the vet to be safe.

It could be parvo, you really need to take it to the vet. You can try giving it some Pepto and that may help. Good luck and I hope your dog gets better soon.

Take him to the vet right now! My guess would be either poison or parvo. Either one is very bad. If it's parvo they die within 24 hours of showing symptoms.

Either food poisioning or he is extremely sensitive to the diet that you've been giving him. Do you feed him left overs or could he have gotten into the garbage? You should call a vet!
