I don't understand your question because you have only quoted scripture.
Anyway, I'm going to guess at what I think you want to know; if God loved the world so much, then why would he kill some those who don't believe in him?
God has never changed, he demands perfect obedience to all that we know of him. Just as God has promised eternal life to those who are faithful and obedient, he has promised eternal death to those who do not believe and who disobey.
The Bible contains a prophecy that says that sin and death will be destroyed. There is only one thing that we can take to heaven with us and that is our characters. If we don't develope a righteous character during this lifetime, then there won't be much of a second life time. Also, God knows that those who don't love him now will not love him later, and they would be very unhappy and miserable in a righteous world. So you see, God will destroy the unrighteous out of love because he does not want them to be unhappy in his kingdom.

Are you questioning God?
If you have knowledge of Christ and does not do anything about it, as in not convert or worship him or deny him, you are condemned. If one lives on an island and worships a Tiki god, without having knowledge of him, he is not condemned for God is a fair and merciful God.

I don't think mankind can fully understand that kind of agape love...the love that led Jesus Christ to Calvary. Someday, however, when we stand before God all mighty we will only then be able to grasp that kind of love freely given for and to us.

Not so fast!
First you have to prove it was your god and not:
Allah, Zeus, The Great Eagle Spirit, Rah the sun God, or any of the other hundreds of "gods" that have been recorded throughout human history.

The Scientific method is a body of techniques for investigating phenomena and acquiring new knowledge, as well as for correcting and integrating previous knowledge. It is based on observable, empirical, measurable evidence, and subject to laws of reasoning.
Although specialized procedures vary from one field of inquiry to another, there are identifiable features that distinguish scientific inquiry from other methods of developing knowledge. Scientific researchers propose specific hypotheses as explanations of natural phenomena, and design experimental studies that test these predictions for accuracy. These steps are repeated in order to make increasingly dependable predictions of future results. Theories that encompass whole domains of inquiry serve to bind more specific hypotheses together into logically coherent wholes. This in turn aids in the formation of new hypotheses, as well as in placing groups of specific hypotheses into a broader context of understanding.
Among other facets shared by the various fields of inquiry is the conviction that the process must be objective so that the scientist does not bias the interpretation of the results or change the results outright. Another basic expectation is that of making complete documentation of data and methodology available for careful scrutiny by other scientists and researchers, thereby allowing other researchers the opportunity to verify results by attempted reproduction of them. This also allows statistical measures of the reliability of the results to be established. The scientific method also may involve attempts, if possible and appropriate, to achieve control over the factors involved in the area of inquiry, which may in turn be manipulated to test new hypotheses in order to gain further knowledge.
