There are numerous health benefits to having sex regularly. For example, according to the first link I have included, havings sex 3 times a week for a year burns the same number of calories as running 75 miles. The second link included says that sex is 10 times more effective than valium.

Sex IS healthy.
Not only for you personally, but also for your relationship with whomever you're having sex with.
As long as it's SMART sex. Not sleeping around. Or with just some person you don't really love or anything.
It's healthy when you're making love. Not just straight up sex and that's it.

Like someone said, as long as you're safe and don't do anything unnatural or painful, it should be healthy.
But then, I've also read that the only real safe sex is masturbation!
The only unhealthy part of sex is that sometimes it makes people! : -) Watch out!
My one sex rule: don't do anything that HURTS!
Happy sexing!

I say it depends on ur view of abstinence. Do u want to wait for marriage for sex or do it like a rabbit anytime u want it?

Well, that depends on what you define as "health". On one hand, it helps satiate your libido. On the other hand, it can get you pregnant, give you STD's and completely mess around with your emotions.
If you think you can juggle that, then by all means.
