I really want to cut my hair to about shoulder-length, but I'm afraid I'll look like a poodle. I use Sunsilk Anti-Poof creme, but I don't know if it's good enough. What should I do in case I end up looking like a puffball?

Should I not cut my hair at all?

"Like a puffball" - boy, that made me laugh, you funny girl! :D

My hair is a bit on the puffy side too, so I don't really know what to say. You could of course wash and blow-dry your hair in the mornings, or just stpritz it with water to get rid of the puffiness and then style.

I imagine long, puffy hair looks good.. Makes you look like your not too uptight about things "My hair is puffy, but I have other, more important, things on my mind than how I look!" But shoulder-length is ok too.. Just don't cut it short, cause you'll regret it!

Use a straightner, that would be the most effective way. Some people don't have to time straightner their hair every morning so i'd talk to a hair dresser and see if they have a product that would be more effective than what you're using now. If they can't supply you with anything ask them about getting in chemically straightned.
Maybe you should think about getting a little cut off your hair and then if it looks ok, cut off a little more. If it doesn't look the way you want it to then you can be happy its not shorter.

Most of all you should be happy with who you are and enjoy what you have. Everyone who has curly hair wan'ted straight hair and vis versa. Good luck! :)

I have the same problem, and if i straighten it, it looks flat. I use a shampoo from redkan for dry, brittle hair. You may not have dry hair, but the shampoo works good! If you want to cut your hair you should, though cutting it does increase volume.

Good luck, ask your hairdresser about if you should cut it.

Don't let that stop you from cutting your hair.

Maybe you should straighten it at night so it wont be poofy in the morning.

Or try some other anti- poof prducts.

Maybe you'll find one that works better.

Cutting your hair would only cause your hair to curl.
