Frizzy hair means that your hair is dry and poufy. It kind of looks like a dried out fried out afro.

Hair that is curly that gets REALLY curly when there's moisture around (rain, high humidity, etc.). Curly hair will also frizz if you brush or comb the curls out. At least mine does! :) :)
