Armywifetp has given you some good MOS's.
Bottom line though, if you don't want to deploy, don't join. I am not being cynical, I am simply saying that you will save us and you time, money and resources.
If you don't mind the deployment, but want a good MOS for Civ transfer..
Medical equip rep
xray tech (as armywifetp said)
Satellite repair
Power generation (52E NOT 52D)
Legal
Dental
Air traffic controller
Air traffic systems repair (94D)
Those are a few. Hope you find something you like and contribute to the team.
Good Luck

Speaking as someone in the Army for a number of years, that you would first state that you are unwilling to be deployed is an insult to everyone who has sacrificed since 9/11. What a tragedy it would be if you found yourself deployed because the nation and other servicemembers needed you, only to have you whine and bawl about the injustice of it all.
That having been said, there are a number of non-deploying installations (Walter Reed, Fort Sam Houston, etc) that are primarily in the medical field. Getting a medical specialty MOS such as radiologist will guarantee you will never be deployed to the field. Overseas deployment would be to an installation like Landstruhl in Germany, hardly a hardship posting.
The best MOS is the one that makes you happy and qualifies you for the best civilian job you can find outside the service. The question itself is one of those that barely makes any sense (i.e. "What is the best dog") as too many factors have to be taken into account. Most of the so-called "best" jobs available to females require either a security clearance or seriously high academic credentials and test scores. Most MOS positions in the MI field, for starters, just don't take that many people per year.
Ordinarily I wish people good luck, but you're an exception. I hope your lack of motivation never puts anyone else at risk.

As a female your options if you are dead-set on seeing combat are pretty slim. MP is an option, along with medic or truck driver since they may go on convoys outside the wire. But by no means does that mean you are guaranteed to see combat. My recommendation is not to be hung up on seeing the front lines. It's not as fun as some people try to make it look and if you don't fire your weapon it doesn't make you any less of a Soldier. If you plan to enlist then there's actually no reason to wait until after you finish high school. You can enlist as soon as you turn 17 as long as you're within 14 months of graduation. Enlisting that way gives you first choice of jobs available because 2011 seniors can reserve jobs that are leaving summer of next year before anybody else. In terms of when you'll deploy, it depends on your unit. If your first unit is leaving within 60 days of you arriving there then you go with them. If they aren't leaving for a year then you aren't leaving for a year.

My son wanted to join the Marines or the Army, I am retired Army and as a Father I wanted to keep him as safe as possible. I inspired him to proceed into a Navy career. It might not keep him completely safe and away from front lines but I believe it was a better career choice. If your heart is set on the Army I would suggest possibly Military Intelligence, I've work with females in that field and they have a great variety of duty assignments. Good luck in your endeavors and God be with you.

The best job hands down that is great for when you get out is Linguist. They'll send you to DLI in Monterey Ca, (the best place to stationed) and teach you a language( i know the Army has many to place in). Arabic is 1 1/2 years. But once you get out it's 100,000+ off the bat.

I was never deployed as a firefighter! Now that I switched MOS's I am completly deployable. Good luck.
Usually its the smaller jobs that are more than likely non-deployable.
