Buy a box of Certo or Sure-Jell. The recipes are inside the box.

Like "keepsonda" said... the recipe is in the box of "pectin" (sure jell) that will need to buy. Make sure to pick up sugar too... you will need 5 to 7 cups of sugar depending upon what kind you make.
If you pick your grapes and something comes up to where you cant make the jelly NOW... just wash them and put in freezer till you find the time. I have two ice cream pails of grapes in the freezer right now awaiting my attention.

to make jelly you will need sure jell you can buy it at the store it has a very good recipe inside the box. it is a never fail recipe. that is what I use. the sure jell is what makes it jell.

the recipes are simple, but grape jelly is simple too.
have you thought about a touch of Cabernet in the jelly?

Sugar, pectin, grapes, and a few other things...
there's loads of recipes out there--just make sure you add pectin, or it won't gel up.
