I have made the leap to discontinue myself from eating fast food or any type of un-healthy food (chips, cookies, etc.). I'm already a lean guy, just want to have a chizzled body. Unfortunately, since i have cut these types of food from my diet, i don't know what to eat. Does anyone know any good health food diets, not for losing wieght but for muscle building or healthy eating. Thanks.

Lean meat, fruits, vegetables and healthy fats (plant oils and fish). If you want a specific diet look at the Body for Life plan by Bill Phillips, it is made for just this sort of thing. See the link below.

Sounds as if a nutritional supplement would serve you well. I've been on the Cambridge Diet for weight loss for several months now, however, it is also used by many as a strong source of nutrition. 3 servings a day provide you with 100% of your body's daily vitamins, minerals and trace elements. If you had a serving of Cambridge before breakfast, lunch and supper your body would be provided with all of it's daily nutrients. Combine that with an already healthy lifestyle and you've got the makings of great success! Also, it comes in the form of oats, soups or shakes. If you have bad sweet tooth the shakes are delicious, are stimulant and preservative free and make for a great "treat". One cannister of 15 servings is only $22.65.

Just buy a food pyramid.

You'll need grain, protien, dairy, fruit, vegatables, and little fat.
