Try Lipo-6
Otherwise? My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

I've not found any that worth worth buying, however, I did find tremendous success on the Cambridge Diet plan. It's a nutritional supplement you make and eat in the form of soups, shakes or oats. It's FDA approved, has been around for over 30 years and is inexpensive. My whole family has been having tremendous success with this and they have multiple variations of the diet to fit your lifestyle. The link below has good information on it and you can order through them as well.

Well, there are a million diet pills, but they are all for different people. The one's that apparantly work were also apparantly only tested on people who have reactions to them. My health teacher actually found one that WORKED. But she actually stunk so bad for a week that everyone wanted to skip class.
Remember, all diet pills have a 100% chance of some stupid side effect that makes losing weight easily NOT WORTH IT.
So I would just suggest losing weight the regular way. It's much less likely to make people avoid you than like you more.

If you are trying to lose wight just taking pills without exercising, you will lose money and time. There is not a miracle pills to do the job by itself without your help. If you decide to do workout for fat burning and combine it with pills; the best pills with the fewest side effects are Trimspa, Dexatrim and Lipo 6 wich I always reccomend for faster results. Don't forget that for max the results, do proper exercise to your age and resistance and watch your diet including a good ammount of liquids to keep your body hydrated. Explosive start exercices pump up your metabolism fast as jumping rope, sprints, etc. Do your research foor explosive start exercises. Good luck!

the SAFEST way to burn fat is obviously cardio, weight training and eating smaller portions throughout the day. if you want a safe way to boost your metabolism then I would recommend taking green tea extract combined with l cartinine. both of those are the 2 main ingriedents in all fat burners just with out all the other crap they put in. just be careful, dont take more then the recommened dosage, dont have any other caffine while taking green tea and always constult a doctor before you take it

Everyone is going to say none. Take speed. It definatly works. lol but you will look and feel like crap at the same time... Also, something like xenadrine... or something. Its not healthy but I know how it is, when someone is desperate to lose weight we will do almost anything.
