seng how yu walked away and dumped free money flying around here cant understand that anyways, if you are rethinking this thing, you must file a motion with a atourney and sumbit al the paperwork and the junke that goes with it, so get set to , haul your ex huby back into court, and all of the expenses of hirinng a lwayer too present this thing again, and there may be a statue of limitation on this thing you need too ask a lawyer that one, and why you sat around waiting for fre money is beyond us like being in the twilight zone!! go for a hearing and be ready too dig up receipts prrof of expensess, medicall bill, and utilities, going back thrrew this mes for the last 5 years is gona cost you dearly and a lwayer and judge will want too see every expense itemoizeed downe too the last penny, have fun digging for this junke from the last 5 years good luck now hons!!

If you were married to your husband for ten years prior to the divorce, you can draw his Social Security, if you are over the age bracket. He does NOT have to agree to it. If you were married to a man for one year and he dies, you are entitled to his SS benefits. Social Security should never have entered into a divorce settlement, and it's difficult to believe it would be in a final decree. Look up SS in the telephone book and call them tomorrow with this question. They will give you all the answers you need. 1 800 772 1213, I believe this is their number, but check it out yourself.
