What else could be the problem? I've check all the cables and they're all hooked up.

yes, I think it does. But it may be your TV got disconnected from it. You should get it repaired.

Does the TV still have sound ? does the screen light up ?. A couple of rods missing from the antenna would probably still give a picture although it may be snowy , It also depends what the reception conditions are like for your location . It all depends what you mean by the TV not working !

Yes, I had an antenna once and a storm came through and broke a couple of the arms and it barely worked anymore at all. Those outside antennas seem to be hard to find now too! Good luck!

You might have a crack or internal break in your wire, that you can't see. If you can, remove your wire, and check it out by looking at the surface. If it seams to be dry wrotted it could have an internal break. Try replacing the it with new coax wire, and maybe installing a booster. With only a few fingers broken, it should still get reception, mine does.

Shouldn't matter that much.... it's the booster that actually enhances the signal... could be either the indoor or the outdoor part of your booster...
