Boys & Men are stupid, they're arrogant obnoxious lazy useless and only work for something, if they want it bad enough. As for everything else, they could care less.
They're mostly stupid, just because women are statistically smarter, more intelligent. The exceptions are girlies who only follow trends and think life is only glamour and parties (basically guys in a female body).
Once in a while, if you're lucky and persistent enough you will find a guy that is there to do everything you want because he wants to make your world something wonderful. Simply because he truely loves and cares about you and your well being.
Sometimes, he's an exellent provider, and sometimes he isn't as good at providing as you are.
It doesn't matter as much these days who wears the pants. As long as you both are happy being the best for each other, and being there for each other.
What is important, is what you both can agree on. And endeavour to fulfill making those dreams a reality, to live happily ever after.
cheers !!!

A lot of boys refuse to grow up. Heck, some men act like boys too. A mate of mine and I act like a couple of kids in elementary school when we get together. He is 52 and I am 36. The oldest children around, I reckon.

Are you joking? Just how mature do you expect a 16 year old boy to be particularly when he is in a setting surrounded by a bunch of other boys his age? While girls do mature a bit faster than boys in general -- ALL of you are still growing up and maturing and your brains have not finished developing yet. Since you are so mature, I'm sure you understand all of this and I'm sure you've done at least a little research about teenage boy behavior so you can truly understand.

Sorry to hear 'bout that (the break-up).
There's really no point in blaming the rest of the male species just because of ONE bad experience.
After all, there're plenty of other fish in the sea as the old adage goes and surely you'll find your perfect match one day.
Just be patient.
Don't go looking for love, let love come to you.

Honey, most of them act that way well into their 30s. Get used to it, or start dating women. My husband is a grown man, and still acts like a 12 year old.

High school boys are not grown men and most men are not men for a long time either. There are great guys out there, but if you are looking for something steady and grown up, you probably will have to get out of high school and begin a relationship in the world that exists out here outside of the childhood crap. Take your time, but most the time, not all the time, but most of the time you will not find the love of your life in secondary schooling. You have plenty of time to find a mate!

Boys are, as a rule, generally less mature than girls of the same age. Keep the faith and when you get older things might start to even out.

I'm sorry to hear about your heartbreak. Don't give up on the gents. Remember two things: 1. This, too, shall pass. 2. You have to kiss a lot of toads before you find your prince.

Some boys are mature some aren't.
The REAL QUESTION is: Why did you pick one of the immature ones if you really want a mature one. I'm sure there are some mature guys at your school.
