Oh good lord! It's enough to fill your tummy and please your tastebuds, but it's also loaded with fat, calories, cholesterol and sugar. What are you trying to do -- eat your way to a heart attack? Also that "diet" is devoid of any nutritional benefit. I hope you're just joking and don't really eat like that. It's absolutely horrendous! But if that's your typical daily diet, you'll not only have major health problems, but you'll end up weighing 300 pounds. Is that what your goal in life is? If so, I feel sorry for you. You need to ditch all the junk food and start eating right. You need whole grain breads and cereals, fruits, veggies, and foods containing antioxidants, such as salmon, blueberries, tomatoes, citrus fruits, broccoli, green leafy vegetables. Get a diet plan from your doctor or a dietician. On your present meal plan, you're risking not only obesity and heart trouble, but diabetes, stroke and hardening of the arteries. You're asking if it's enough food for the day. I'll say this -- it's more than enough to kill you.

OMG.....Your metabolism had better be good, otherwise you're going to blow up like a balloon! I don't even eat that much in 2 days! Weight aside, sounds like a ton of carbs and fatty cholesterol. Watch out for that when you are older.....lol...I hope that you are seriously kidding because if you eat like that everyday, you are a heart attack waiting to happen...
