Did you know that there are studies that show that the warming of the earth is simply a natural event. There is a lot of information about global warming and some of it is not current, incorrect and a waste of time. There have been at least three other times in earths history that the temperature has risen that occurred before the industrial age of vehicles and factories. The emissions from vehicles and factories are detrimental to the environment, but the temperature changes may not all be controllable since the earths natural housekeeping program may be in control.

I'm not interested in putting my name to worthless causes. If that is a "shame on me"...so be it. A virtual march for global warming is as relevant as a virtual adoption of unwanted babies. It solves nothing. When the causes and cures of global warming are more than just fuzzy, politically correct science THEN AND ONLY THEN will I put my name to it.

Re: Your comment: And I know for a fact that equally reputable scientists say that global warming, such as it is, is a natural cycle that has little, if anything, to do with man. So, I'm not about to march against Mother Nature.
