you need to contact The state board of education of chicago and request a transcript of your grades it is only $10.00 good luck!!!

Contact the school or place where you passed the test. If it was done in your friend's basement, it doesn't count.

I don't think you can. I don't even think you can even get your score. They just tell you if you passed or failed.
